Little church, big hearts, great music - Bethany is a very special place. Join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 10!
Bethany is a Presbyterian Church located on the San Francisco peninsula, in San Bruno, California. We are a small, nurturing community of faith, blessed with excellent musicians and centered in the belief that God in Christ calls us to be family. As a More Light (welcoming and affirming of LGBT and all people) congregation we welcome you, just as you are: a dearly beloved child of God. Through worship, prayer, study and fellowship, we discover God's presence and love for us in our lives. With grateful and humble hearts, we also seek ways to embody and live out God's love with the larger community through hands-on outreach and mission. Come celebrate and worship with us - 10:00 on Sunday morning! Directions: Bethany is nestled into the hills between highway 280 and the Crystal Springs Reservoir in San Bruno. From Highway 280 or 101, use San Bruno Avenue to get to Crestmoor Drive. Head south on Crestmoor to Rosewood Drive and turn left onto Rosewood. We are mid-way down the hill, on the left side of the street. Ample parking!

Wow! What a wonderful afternoon, to kick off our 60th anniversary celebration! Thank you to Pastor Kathryn Pyke for speaking, to our former pastors Garry Cox (who was accompanied by his wife Robyn, daughter Jenifer, and granddaughter Molly!) and Kimberly Elliott for coming and speaking, and former Parish Associate Robin Crawford, too! We also heard from Kay DeWeese (Pastor George DeWeese's wife), Rev. Janet Bower, musicians Dorie Swales and Derek Tam, and from Sue Bullis! Lots of music was sung, and goodies were gobbled, too. Now, if you missed it, don't fret: there's more coming tomorrow! Come to worship at 10:00, and then come to Beckner Shelter in San Bruno Park for the 60th annual Picnic at noon. Don't forget to wear your new Bethany shirt if you have one. The party continues, see you tomorrow!
